My dad did a swap with a local farmer where he had his bees over at this farm so they would pollinate his pumpkins and then my dad would get free pumpkins. I think he got over 20 nice quality pumpkins from this guy and then gave them to all of the grandkids .... Thanks Dad! I am not a huge fan of carving pumpkins. But as you can tell from the pictures, we got Grandpa to come over and carve pumpkins which was a big help to Mike considering that I was not going to be much help. It was my job to take pictures!
I think Mike's jackolantern face is crazy scary, but James says it isn't as bad as I think it is. Maybe it's the pregnancy hormones. We just wanted to make sure your little boy had a little cousin close to the same age, you know:)
