Two Twinkling Tutus

I got all of this star tulle from a lady in our ward and all I could picture is my girls using it for dress up. I remembered watching this YouTube video about a no sew tutu and thought that sounded nice and easy. I figured out that I needed to more than quadruple the time they said it would take and I was just lucky that the amount of tulle I had worked. The video I watched was for a 2-3 year old and mine were for a 5-7 year old.
